
Ingredients
1 cup mango pulp [ if using frozen pulp remove from the freezer few mins before and allow it to thaw)
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk, boiled and chilled, (You may add more if you prefer not so thick consistency and want to dilute the lassi)
1-2 tsp sugar (Adjust according to the sweetness of mangoes)
Ice cubes (optional)
To garnish
Few mint leaves
or
Silvered almonds and saffron strands
Dash of cadramom (optional)

mango chunks [if you have fresh mangoes]
or

Method:
Combine the mango pulp, yogurt, chilled milk, sugar in a blender and blend for few minutes until smooth and creamy. Pour the lassi into glasses, add ice cubes (optional). Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Sometimes I add cardamom powder to the lassi and garnish it with silvered almonds and saffron strands.
