
1/2 cup papaya chunks
1 cup chilled milk
1 tbsp sugar [adjust as per sweetness of papaya and your preference,,, you may use honey/2-3 seedless dates to avoid sugar]
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Few ice cubes [optional if the milk is not chilled]

Method:
Pick up the ripe papaya. Peel the skin and discard the seeds [ even the white fibrous portion just below the seeds]. Dice into cubes. Take all the ingredients (except cardamom powder) into a blender and blend them well until smooth. Sprinkle some cardamom powder, stir well and pour into serving glass. Garnish, add some ice cubes [optional] and chill out with this drink.
- Finish the drink and do not store it. I have read that milk gets curdled due to enzymes present in the fruit and drink may turn bitter.
- You may add vanilla essence instead of cardamom powder.
- You may add vanilla icecream instead of milk.
